Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
At least 2 years of experience in technical customer service, preferably in a cloud computing or technology environment
