Experienced Google Ads Specialist Needed for Roofing & Exterior Services Campaigns (PPC + Display)

Description: We are a small, high-quality roofing company serving Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin, and we’re looking for a Google Ads expert to help manage and optimize our PPC and Display campaigns. Our company focuses on roofing, siding, and gutter services, and we are not a high-volume storm chaser—we focus on customer experience and selective, high-return projects. We’ve run successful campaigns in the past but are now seeking a dedicated freelancer or agency who can take our ad strategy to the next level by: Scope of Work: Managing and optimizing Google Search and Display ads Creating geo-targeted campaigns for service areas (within 60 miles of Duluth, MN and select storm-affected towns in MN, WI, & ND Writing compelling ad copy for both search and display Designing simple but effective display ad creatives (or coordinating with our designer) Implementing conversion tracking, call tracking, and retargeting A/B testing landing pages and ad creatives Advising on budget allocation for highest ROI Providing weekly reports and insights Ideal Candidate: Proven experience with Google Ads in the home services or construction industry Strong understanding of local lead generation Familiar with storm-damage-related targeting and urgency-driven offers Able to work with a limited but focused monthly budget Knows how to work around seasonality and weather events Bonus if you have experience with: Google Performance Max campaigns Traditional + digital hybrid marketing strategies Working with small businesses that value high-quality service over volume Project Type: Ongoing project with potential for long-term collaboration To Apply, Please Include: A brief cover letter and your approach to PPC for local service businesses Examples of Google Ads accounts you’ve managed in the roofing or home service space Results you’ve achieved (CPL, ROAS, etc.) Apply tot his job
