Responsibilities
ā¢ Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.

ā¢ Provide tax advice and full service return preparation.

ā¢ Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.

ā¢ Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers.

ā¢ Document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
ā¢ Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.

ā¢ Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

ā¢ Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
,
ā¢ Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.

ā¢ Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
