About the Role We're seeking a talented and results-driven Scheduling and Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team as a Virtual Sales/Scheduling/Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you'll be working evening and weekend shifts, providing critical support to our clients across various industries. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of meeting individual and team goals. Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and respond to customer inquiries. A results-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in industries such as Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, or Handyman is a plus. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Previous experience working in a call center or virtual sales environment. Familiarity with sales and customer service software applications. A background in a related industry, such as customer service or sales.
