As a Strategy and Operations (S&O) Associate, you will play a vital role in building our business strategy and driving growth in various areas across the Dasher & Logistics pillar. About the Role As an S&O Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, developing data-driven solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive impact for our business. Your primary goal will vary depending on the team you join, but you will focus on improving and optimizing the dasher experience or delivery quality. You will report directly to a Manager or Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team and will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that touch all parts of the dasher life cycle. Key Responsibilities Build analysis to create data-driven decisions to improve the experience for our users Operate at the lowest level of detail to become an expert in the problem space Develop and test hypotheses to drive business growth Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Analytics, to drive impact for Workwarp Communicate complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 1-2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, or related experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize data to make informed decisions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams A strong understanding of business operations and logistics, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or engineering Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in the logistics or transportation industry Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools, such as Excel or Tableau Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Analytics A master's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or engineering Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams A strong understanding of business operations and logistics, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop data-driven solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail, with the ability to operate at the lowest level of detail to become an expert in the problem space Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
