You'll lead our customer insights and campaign strategy, guiding marketers across multiple acquisition channels to understand and acquire prospective B2B customers. With a focus on segmentation, targeting, and content personalization, you'll own execution for one country – the US – and ensure global consistency across regions. Our collaborative spirit and willingness to help each other come natural, and we invest heavily in training and coaching to ensure everyone has the skills and support they need to succeed. **Key Responsibilities** As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Defining the arenaflex Business customer insights strategy to support the acquisition of small business customers * Defining goals, priorities, and success metrics to deepen our understanding of our prospect base and improve conversion metrics through the marketing funnel * Building, prioritizing, and executing against an experiment roadmap to validate hypotheses and launch new marketing capabilities and content/campaign strategies * Partnering with marketers to translate insights and analysis to campaigns in production across multiple acquisition channels * Working cross-functionally with a diverse set of arenaflex teams, including Marketing, Product, Tech, Retail, Sales, and Data Science, to continuously evolve and refine our strategy **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience * Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs * Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements * Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches * Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables) * Bachelor's degree **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA * Strong background in customer analytics, campaign development, and experimentation **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment * Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms * Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex Business, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
