Key Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate Bluetooth headsets and related technologies Verify key features of multiple products and software updates, ensuring compliance with Apple's quality standards Create and run tests to ensure the customer experience with Apple products, identifying and reporting defects Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software development, to drive test goals and resolve issues Lead and drive testing of projects and features, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills Utilize defect tracking systems, such as Jira or Bugzilla, to manage and track defects throughout the development lifecycle Work closely with various teams to implement and test new features, perform regression testing, and drive resolution of issues Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance, preferably in the consumer electronics industry Strong understanding of hardware and software development lifecycle, with experience in testing embedded consumer devices or mobile phones Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to various audiences Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including remote teams, to achieve test goals and drive issue resolution Experience with defect tracking systems, such as Jira or Bugzilla, and test management tools Preferred Qualifications Experience with Bluetooth and audio technologies, including testing and validation Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, such as Python or other scripting languages Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex technical issues Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills.
