Your primary focus will be on analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Follow established software development methodologies and testing procedures * Provide timely and accurate results for clients * Maintain a strong understanding of IT technology and developments, including attending seminars, education events, and reading relevant journals and technical documentation * Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of data integrations technology currently in use * Participate in "best practice" projects to drive continuous improvement * Provide high-level estimates based on initial requirements * Break down complex problems into smaller, testable tasks * Understand, recommend, and implement strong reporting and analytic architectures * Build balanced and extensible solutions that require minimal resources to maintain * Develop outstanding, user-friendly solutions to meet the immediate and long-term needs of data clients and stakeholders * Collect, process, and analyze large data sets * Lead and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment * Participate in on-call rotation and cross-functional sustainment responsibilities with the team **Essential Qualifications** * 1 or more years of experience with at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or similar language * 1 or more years of experience working with data technology, such as (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) or similar * Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions * Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and attention to detail * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and complete task obligations in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Ability to handle sensitive data and resolve conflicts effectively * Proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous individual with a strong initiative to achieve results **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net) * Validated experience with Visual Studio or similar IDE (Integrated development environment) * Bachelor's degree in computer science-related field or equivalent experience **Additional Information** Disney offers a comprehensive rewards package to support your lifestyle, including fitness and financial savings benefits, educational opportunities, and exclusive extras that only Disney can offer.
