Essential Qualifications and Skills Experience: 3+ years of experience in software engineering management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages, with a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, databases, etc.). Event-Driven Systems: Experience with event-driven systems architectures, particularly in reactive design. Cloud Services: Hands-on experience deploying web services in cloud infrastructure, with a focus on scalability and reliability. Testing and Quality: Experience with writing unit tests and implementing test-driven development processes. NoSQL Databases: Hands-on experience with distributed NoSQL data stores like DynamoDB, Cassandra, Scylla, and Couchbase.
