We’re looking for a Director of GTM Business Capabilities - Quote to Order to join our GTM Business Capabilities team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Operations Programs, you will be responsible for • Architecting and optimizing global Q2O processes, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy • Collaborating with Sales, Product, Finance, IT, and Operations to map and refine workflows • Partnering with IT teams to embed automation and AI opportunities into systems • Managing structured rollout plans, training, and field adoption initiatives • Continuously monitoring feedback and driving ongoing improvements What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) • 7+ years of experience in RevOps, Business Process Ownership, or a related SaaS role • Deep knowledge of quoting, pricing, and order orchestration systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ) • Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable process and system requirements • Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and modern documentation tools • Collaborative skills with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT) What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience integrating AI-driven solutions into business processes • Deep technical expertise with tools like NetSuite and end-to-end Q2O automations • Strong passion for empowering GTM teams and accelerating deal velocity #LI-Remote #LI-EV1 Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
