About the Role As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a highly skilled client success team. Your primary goal will be to initiate authentic conversations on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, leading to the sale of coaching programs. You will work closely with our teams to represent one of our clients, a Business Coach, on their social media platforms. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent English skills, and the ability to work independently from home. Key Responsibilities Starting new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day) Following up with leads to close sales (approximately 2 hours a day) Contributing to organic account growth through engaging content and strategies (approximately 2 hours a day) Replying to active leads and closing sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day) Managing daily communication tasks and team collaboration (approximately 30 minutes a day) Qualifications and Skills To be part of our team, you need to have: Advanced or Native (C1-C2 level) English skills A desire to earn a stable income in USD A fully functional desktop/laptop and smartphone A stable internet connection Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends) Residency in any Latin American country or Brazil No previous experience is required, but you must be 100% confident in your English skills and have a high interest in learning, making money, and being challenged daily.
