Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through social media platforms. As a key member of our Client Business Results group, you will connect with clients to understand their business outcomes, measure value, and drive meaningful designs for their success. Your primary focus will be on executing and implementing a 3-to-5-year Business Case for Digital Transformation with our clients, in collaboration with our ecosystem of partners and industry thought leaders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their ideal business results and identify areas for improvement Evaluate the worth of our solutions and services, and assess the client's development level to provide tailored guidance and support Conduct Arrangement Evaluations to ensure our solutions are a strong match for the client's current technology environment, and apply our Client Business Result (CBO) strategy to drive business outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Account Technology Strategists, Solution Specialists, and Cloud Solution Architects to ensure seamless account coordination and delivery of solutions Provide expert guidance and support to clients through social media platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a high level of expertise and provide innovative solutions to clients Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field, and 6+ years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, marketing, communications, licensing, or channel/business development Alternatively, significant certifications from arenaflex or competitive platforms, and 5+ years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, marketing, communications, licensing, or channel/business development Or 8+ years of experience in solution sales or solution evaluation consulting, or related experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 12+ years of experience in solution sales or solution evaluation consulting, or related experience 3+ years of experience with cross-group responsibilities (e.g., project manager for critical projects with cross-group/cross-country impact and enrollment) Azure Essentials, Current Workplace Essentials, or Elements certification(s), or other related independent cloud certifications Strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client business outcomes and drive meaningful designs for their success Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Strong technical skills, with the ability to evaluate the worth of our solutions and services, and assess the client's development level Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Account Technology Strategists, Solution Specialists, and Cloud Solution Architects Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
