Key Responsibilities Learn and comprehend all Tesla vehicle products and technologies Participate in group-based activities, including lab and lecture sessions Follow safety protocols and procedures consistently Enhance organization and time management skills through device coordination and total week-by-week educational plan goals Maintain consistent and efficient communication with instructors and team members Participate in scheduled interview training and soft skills meetings Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities, organize tasks, and meet deadlines Complete a written general auto test with a focus on Tesla vehicles Maintain a 100% attendance rate throughout the 16-week program Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, knowledge, and personal qualities. The essential qualifications for this position include: High School Diploma or GED, and post-secondary automotive training level (or equivalent military service experience) satisfactory to Tesla Must be at least 18 years old Ability to participate in and pass all 16-week instructional courses with a 85% or higher GPA Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurable Ability to report to training location or local service center as needed Willingness to relocate upon successful completion of the program Ability to lift up to 60 pounds Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve set objectives "Safety first" mentality Natural understanding of the English language Basic computer skills, including navigating internet browsers and using standard applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experiences are preferred: Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly in electric vehicle technology Strong technical skills and knowledge of vehicle systems and components Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Technical skills and knowledge of electric vehicle technology Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve set objectives Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment "Safety first" mentality Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Tesla, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
