You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving a culture of safety, security, and compliance throughout the data center. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for IT infrastructure management, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Enable a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of data center operations * Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external vendors * Understand and manage the ticket management cycle to ensure timely resolution of issues * Perform power cycles, replace failed parts, handle storage media, and troubleshoot equipment * Install and test network links, equipment racks, and servers using standard data center processes * Assist with the movement and racking of equipment, supporting the deployment of on-site data center hardware, including servers, network switches, and storage devices * Collaborate with the data center inventory and resource management team to transport, receive, and manage inventory to meet high work volumes * Lead through change by bringing clarity, creating energy, and delivering results * Evaluate and prioritize emergency work requests, provide planning details, and aid in the coordination of service delivery for data center tasks teams * Adaptability to work non-business hours (shifts) that may include weekends and holidays * Utilize appropriate PPE, such as safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and face masks, in various conditions with varying temperatures **Essential Qualifications:** * Experience working with macOS, iPadOS, and Windows operating systems * Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work at heights for extended periods * Minimum 2 years of related IT experience * Technical certifications, such as ITF+, A+, Server+, BICSI Installer I, or equivalent experience * Ability to work (with precise hydration) within a data center environment, typically within the temperature range of 79°F to 105°F * Ability to be available to work after regular business hours to respond to and resolve pressing business issues **Preferred Qualifications:** * Excellent hierarchical, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to take initiative with minimal direction * Ability to collaborate with internal clients and vendors * Cooperates with others, thrives in a team environment, and demonstrates teamwork * Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others * Knowledge of safety procedures, established protocols, and equipment **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
