Business Central Consultant
Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant who will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Business Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional expertise (Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing) and technical skills (extensions, integrations, customizations) to support end-to-end ERP implementations and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) across multiple modules. · Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design functional and technical solutions. · Configure and customize Business Central to align with business processes. · Develop and manage extensions, integrations, and reports using AL language and other Microsoft tools. · Support warehousing, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing modules based on project needs. · Conduct UAT, system testing, and end-user training sessions. · Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with technical and functional teams. · Prepare technical documentation, functional design documents, and provide post-go-live support. Skill & Qualification: · Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV. · Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant handling both functional processes and technical customization. · Expertise in at least two of the following modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Inventory Management. · Good knowledge of AL / C/AL programming, extensions, APIs, and integration concepts. · Understanding of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft ecosystem integration. · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. · Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional / Technical Consultant Associate. · Experience in upgrade or migration projects (NAV to Business Central). · Exposure to Azure and DevOps environment.
