Key Responsibilities Manage monthly revenue activities, including the close process and reconciliations for deferred costs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Record journal entries for revenue, deferred revenue, assets, and accrued receivables under ASC 606, demonstrating a strong understanding of revenue recognition principles. Oversee client invoicing, fixed asset management (capitalization, depreciation, and impairment), and equity accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Develop and implement internal controls and support audit processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements. Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency as the company grows, leveraging technology and best practices to drive productivity and scalability. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices. 4+ years of accounting experience, with expertise in GAAP, monthly close, and financial statement preparation, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Recent experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition, with a deep understanding of the principles and application of revenue recognition standards. Proficient in NetSuite, with experience in using accounting software to manage financial transactions and reporting.
