What to Expect: Key Responsibilities As a Senior Program Manager - Customer Success at Blithequark, you will be responsible for: Serving as a strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies Helping clients evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement using our platform Managing stakeholder relationships and conducting meetings to ensure clients achieve meaningful outcomes Collaborating with other teams to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks Identifying opportunities for upsells and expansion in collaboration with the Revenue Team Requirements: Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects Experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment How to Stand Out: Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will make you a highly competitive candidate: At least 5 years of SaaS experience At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical, provider, or health insurance/payer Strong skills in data synthesis, including interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
