Real Estate Instructor (Bilingual, Fluent) Remote
Summary Location: Remote (via Microsoft Teams) Schedule: Monday and Wednesday evenings The New Jersey Real Estate Institute (NJREI) — a top-ranked real estate school — is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Instructor to teach a New Jersey real estate licensing course. This is a contract-based remote teaching position lasting approximately 4 weeks, with classes held twice a week and the potential for future teaching assignments. Qualifications: -Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) -Active Real Estate License -Experience teaching or presenting in a virtual format is a plus -Must be professional, punctual, and responsive - Education or Broker Experience (must meet one of the following): -Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university -Be a licensed New Jersey real estate broker for the past 2 years -Be a licensed real estate broker in another state for the past 3 years -Must have completed the full 150-hour broker pre-licensure course Job Details: - You will be the primary instructor for a group of Spanish-speaking adult students - Classes are held Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30 PM to approximately 10:00–10:30 PM EST via Zoom (about 4 hours per session) - Course material is fully prepared in advance and delivered via a pre-highlighted electronic textbook -The students are Spanish-speaking adults.
