About This Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior National Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior National Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, fostering relationships with our clients, and driving brand sales. You will be the face of our company, representing our brands and values to our customers and partners. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and lead collaborative business planning with key objectives to develop and execute strategic association drives, category projects, and drive brand sales
Conduct regular client visits to review and identify strategic direction, pain points, and potential opportunities to promote product growth
Develop and implement Account Marketing Strategies, including objectives, key initiatives, significant actions, key support required, and new product proposals
Build and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external
Collaborate and cultivate relationships with our local bottling partners and wholesaler portfolio, and build sales capability and work with stewardship discussions
Develop and implement direct supply chain strategy and activation of initiatives for driving efficiencies across the Coca-Cola North America Item Supply and Foodservice wholesalers operations
Stay up-to-date with competitive activities within the responsible geographies and deliver appropriate action as quickly as possible
Collaborate with cross-functional representatives to ensure that Coca-Cola North America delivers the full depth and breadth of resources that result in mutual benefits/results
Drive the stewardship agendas with responsible wholesalers that measure/communicate each partner's activities against mutually agreed-upon plans
Activate Coca-Cola North America's category development (Sparkling, Tea, Refreshment Server, Juice, and VEB brands) at national and local levels with Foodservice wholesaler organization
Champion change through removal of obstacles and ongoing service issues to provide the highest level of wholesaler customer support


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects
Relationship management (suppliers, contractors, bottlers) knowledge of third-party supplier/contractor culture/core competencies required
Knowledge of supplier capabilities and performance to enhance and manage relationships (specifically foodservice wholesaler suppliers) required
Supply chain operations and transportation expertise required, along with an understanding of transportation planning and management of DPU, Multi-purpose, and Over-the-Street carrier organization
Ability to seek options and recommend best solutions that gain all parties' support and lead to mutual benefit results


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in national sales, account management, or a related field
Strong understanding of the beverage industry and market trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
