Job Responsibilities
Teaching and tutoring students in-center, online, and/or through hybrid delivery models, utilizing the Mathnasium Method™, its terminology, and teaching practices.
Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless delivery of instructional content and support to students.
Assessing students9 learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, providing feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
Becoming proficient in digital educational materials and processes to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
Contributing to the maintenance of a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment that encourages student success and well-being.
Qualifications and Requirements

A strong foundation in mathematics, with the capability to teach effectively through at least Pre-calculus, and preferably Calculus I.
A minimum of a Bachelor9s degree in a related field such as Education, Mathematics, or a math-heavy discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in a tutoring or teaching role, with a preference for experience in mentoring or training junior team members.
All applicants will be required to undergo a math literacy test to demonstrate their math proficiency, provide appropriate work authorization, and pass a background check as part of our hiring process.
