**Job Summary**

As a Senior Manager, Customer Insights & Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts and data scientists to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our initiatives
* Develop and maintain advanced analytics and data visualization platforms, including Adobe, APT, and Power BI
* Design and implement customer segmentation and journey mapping initiatives to improve customer engagement and loyalty
* Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data visualization

**Essential Qualifications**

* 8+ years of experience in analytics and data visualization, with a focus on retail or consumer goods
* Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through data-driven strategies
* Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* Strong expertise in analytics and data visualization tools, including Adobe, APT, and Power BI
* Experience with customer segmentation and journey mapping initiatives
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a retail or consumer goods environment
* Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
* Certification in analytics or data science, such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS)
* Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
* Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles
