Job Description The Senior HR Technology Analyst will play a critical role in investing in the future of blithequark's workforce by acting as a liaison between our business and technology partners. As a member of the People Systems Team, you will frequently support Workday, a tool used to complete HR and payroll-related tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include developing efficiencies, providing excellent user experiences, and maintaining compliance requirements within Workday. Key Responsibilities Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary records for analysis by executives, managers, customers, and other stakeholders Participate in enterprise projects and provide subject matter expertise in people data and analytics strategies Resolve escalated issues through the investigation of discrepancies in employee records Ensure data integrity is maintained by correctly interpreting variances and outliers to leadership Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives Conduct analysis and identify solutions to business problems May perform other job duties as directed by employee leaders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED Advanced-level experience and specialized expertise in functional support of HR and/or payroll systems Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Advanced expertise and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and recruiting Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this role but not required Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive market salary ranging from $97,750 to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for bonus opportunities, a 401(k) company match, and potential annual ProfitSharing contributions.
