About the Role: Part-Time Customer Support Executive We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Joliet. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a critical role in ensuring they have a superb experience with our services. This is an excellent opportunity to work under 4 hours a day, making it ideal for those looking to balance work with other commitments. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring that they're satisfied with the outcome and that our high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that our customer data is up-to-date and easily accessible. Provide information about our products and services, helping customers to make informed decisions and get the most out of our offerings. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and identify opportunities to improve our customer experience. Assist in identifying and reporting trends in customer calls and complaints, helping us to refine our customer service strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
