Job Summary As a Senior Financial Analyst, Digital Finance at blithequark, you will play a critical role in analyzing performance and setting growth expectations across digital site performance metrics. You will drive the financial modeling behind our digital organization's SG&A cost, collaborating closely with senior business leaders and HR to lead the investment analysis, actuals, forecast, budget, and long-range planning processes. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Digital Finance, this role is essential to advancing our understanding of the growth drivers of the digital business and shaping team priorities across the digital organization. Key Responsibilities Ownership of schedules for digital performance metrics, helping to chart the course to our digital sales objectives, including performance recaps, trend analysis, and quarterly forecasting Partnering across digital and enterprise marketing teams, building financial tools and models that drive the business Developing analysis to go beyond the surface level to understand key business drivers and identify potential opportunities for growth Ownership of schedules for cost structure of digital organization About You To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong technical skill set around modeling and data analysis, as well as a natural curiosity to ask questions and seek out insights and associations within the data to identify opportunities. You will be a conscientious and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management and build strong relationships across the organization.
