Job Overview The Senior Facility Engineer will be responsible for leading and supporting tasks at Wells Fargo's server farm in Manassas. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $26-$40 per hour. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facility engineering, with a focus on data center operations and management. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of Wells Fargo's facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead and support tasks at Wells Fargo's server farm in Manassas, including ensuring the coherence of administration and providing project management support for upgrades and alterations to building infrastructure technology Contribute to large-scale planning related to building infrastructure technology, including assessing and analyzing moderately complex applications, functionality, and technical challenges Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead teams to meet functional area/project/process expectations Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, stakeholders, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives Potentially lead projects, teams, or act as a mentor for junior staff Essential Qualifications The successful candidate will have: 4+ years of facility engineering experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education A strong understanding of facility management concepts, disciplines, best practices, and procedures Knowledge of building systems, automation, and infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems Experience with compliance, audit, building controls, and security protocols Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: 4+ years of corporate properties and facilities management experience 4+ years of executive or leadership experience Server farm engineering design and operational leadership experience Broad experience with property management coordination, including multiple properties Recent experience managing the operations of large enterprise data centers (50,000+ sq. ft. computer rooms) Knowledge of sustainability and energy management principles, as well as the asset life cycle management disciplines Experience working with Property Managers, Project Managers, CPG Properties leadership, and other lines of business Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Wells Fargo, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
