As a key member of the Promotion Stages group, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, analysis, and infrastructure groups, to identify internal and external data sources, design table schema, define ETL processes, and implement automated data quality checks.Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the company's success, and your contributions will have a direct impact on the development of innovative streaming solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements (20% of time) Work with engineering teams to gather required data from internal and external systems (20% of time) Design table schema and define ETL pipelines to build performant data solutions that are reliable and scalable in a rapidly evolving data ecosystem (20% of time) Develop data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data (10% of time) Create and maintain ETL schedules using ETL and integration tools like Wind stream (10% of time) Implement need to possess the following essential qualifications: 2+ years of relevant data engineering experience Solid understanding of data modeling principles, including layered modeling and data normalization principles Good comprehension of SQL engines and ability to lead advanced performance tuning Ability to think logically, analyze, and interpret market and customer data Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal presentations Excellent applied and analytical thinking skills Open to working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment Knowledge of
