**Experienced Senior Data Analyst – Virtual Assistant for Disney Streaming Services**

About Disney and the Opportunity Are you a highly skilled data analyst with a passion for working in a dynamic and innovative environment? Do you have a strong background in SQL, data analysis, and communication? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Disney team as a Senior Data Analyst for our Streaming Services division. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Endorser Tasks capability within the Data Analysis group, responsible for the evaluation of supporter adjustments across the Disney Streaming portfolio, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+. You will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify impacted subscribers, and collaborate with occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing to guarantee the integrity of our supporter adjustments. About the Role As a Senior Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Manage admission and record information requirements connected with supporter informing drives (including cost increments, endorser arrangements, and new information being gathered) and episode remediation (ensuring that the right clients get discounts when required). Develop questions based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers of supporters for informing as well as remediation. Communicate business requirements to technical groups, and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners. Develop a solid understanding of supporter adjustments and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information. Manage project planning and timelines and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events. Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks. In collaboration with Data Product and Data Quality Designing, contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline. 2+ years of logical experience. Proven ability to convey technical or logical ideas to a wide range of audiences. Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages. Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Good to Have Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis). Postgraduate education. Knowledge of Wind current.
