You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data experts, business intelligence engineers, and data clients, to design and deliver data-driven solutions that inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Directs the delivery of Walgreens At Home Careers data and insights-driven initiatives and projects * Upholds long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet Walgreens At Home Careers reporting and analytics requirements * Plans, develops, and deploys layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects * Develops data governance and pre-processing principles for populating sensible and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both enterprise business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements * Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal Walgreens production system sources and external records * Performs data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data repositories (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records) * Creates internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.) **Essential Capabilities** * Certified, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and delivering intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake * Experience providing thought leadership and presenting data rationalist semantic layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace * At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience **Preferred Capabilities** * Data ManagementCertified Analytics Professional (CAP) * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $30/hour * Part-time remote work arrangement * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities for professional certification and training **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced analytics professional looking to join a dynamic team that drives business growth and improvement through data-driven insights, we invite you to apply for the Senior Analytics Engineer position at Walgreens At Home Careers.
