Key Responsibilities
Lead task groups of experts and other stakeholders to address labor-related concerns and identify areas for improvement
Perform data gathering tasks, including data analysis and reporting, to inform business decisions
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance labor force activities and scheduling performance in stores
Produce reports and presentations for teams and leadership to review and action
Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge
Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders
Direct and manage direct reports, including assigning and assessing work, training, and contributing to performance evaluations
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor force activities, retail operations, and data analysis.
