Contact Center Manager - Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Ā Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents.
Ā Ensure 130+ outbound calls are made daily by each team.
Ā Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
Ā Train and coach team members to improve performance and achieve results.
Ā Monitor call centre metrics and KPIs to maintain high standards of performance.
Ā Collaborate with leadership to optimize outbound sales processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Ā Proven experience in managing and training call centre employees focused on outbound sales.
Ā Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ā Strong familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
Ā Ability to foster a results-driven and energetic team culture.
Ā Must have 9 out of 10 English proficiency (written and spoken).
Ā Experience in outbound sales, with a focus on lead generation and setting appointments.
Ā Ability to work remotely in a quiet environment, with a reliable computer (4 GB of RAM), high-speed internet, and a quality microphone headset.
