Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for delivering critical intelligence to clients' security or operational conditions, driving navigation and specific action. You will also act as a liaison to blithequark's extensive network of cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and data operations experts. This is an on-site, client-facing position in Virginia, and remote work is not authorized. As a Senior Analyst, you will be working closely with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities Connect intelligence to foster understanding of tracked threat activity Perform strategic, tactical, and operational research and analysis of adversarial cyber threats and groups Evaluate current and emerging tools and best practices for tracking advanced threats, tools, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) of attackers' motivations, industry, and attacker trends Design and deliver briefings and reports to clients' executives, security teams, or individual experts Present strategic and tactical intelligence about threat groups, the systems they use, and the motivations driving their activity, and convey the significance of findings to different audiences Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field At least 2 years of experience in a Digital Threat Intelligence role in a client-facing environment Experience in CTI techniques and applications in one of the functional areas: Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, or Recover Experience in stakeholder management, leading, installing, and reporting to various audiences, including executives US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within an operational environment, supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities Understanding of CTI techniques and application concepts, with the ability to mentor and guide new CTI colleagues Ability to relate raw intelligence from sensors, incident response engagement, and other sources into reports and briefings Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences Ability to take complex, ambiguous subjects, build strategy, and influence stakeholders Excellent collaborative team player with the ability to work in fast-moving and continuously evolving environments Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
