Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for our customer funding products, driving new customer acquisition and reuse, and analyzing program performance to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Fraud, Order Handling, and Sales and Operations, to drive business goals and maximize opportunities. With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, you will use your analytical skills to inform business decisions, drive growth, and improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the marketing strategy for our customer funding products, driving new customer acquisition and reuse Manage day-to-day business operations of our funding programs, including payment processing or settlement issues, and liaise with internal partners to drive goal achievement Analyze program performance, identify trends, and develop opportunities for improvements, responding quickly and decisively to deviations from the original plan Build and maintain strategic relationships with third-party partners to maximize business opportunities Collaborate with functional leads in Product, Engineering, and Analytics to drive initiatives that improve customer experience and drive profitable growth Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, management consulting, business strategy, or finance 2+ years of experience, preferably in marketing, management consulting, business strategy, startup/tech, or finance Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use data from multiple sources to tell a compelling story and influence others Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional partners to drive results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building a narrative based on data-driven insights Ability to handle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfort in drawing conclusions from data and making recommendations based on imperfect information Ability to own and execute on solutions to complex problems independently "Get stuff done" attitude, with the ability to focus in and engage deeply with analysts and managers across different teams and plans to achieve results Proficiency in Excel, SQL/Big Query, or other analytical tools Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in a similar role, such as a Senior Analyst or Business Development Manager Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA or Master's in Finance Experience working in a startup or tech environment Knowledge of industry trends and market developments in the funding and payments space Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
