If you have a passion for data analysis, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * **Advanced Analysis and Interpretation**: Perform impromptu deep dive analyses that require advanced SQL and data table knowledge to identify trends and patterns in data. * **A/B Testing Improvement**: Champion for applying data-driven methodologies and developing a flexible and dynamic testing structure to optimize testing processes. * **Data Expertise**: Serve as the primary resource for Marketing Data Science, focusing on short-term asks (run planning), and shaping long-term strategy and vision. * **Performance Reporting**: Normalize channel metrics and create flexible dashboards across stores/geos, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, and draft stories, and field performance-related questions from MSO and Patterns. **What You'll Need** * Four-year degree in Technical disciplines, Finance, Business, or other concentrations with a quantitative focus. * 3+ years of experience in a data-intensive role, in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or potentially systems fields. * Proficiency in data analysis and advanced SQL data and Google Sheets/Excel use; enthusiasm for finding patterns in data; knowledge of Python is a plus. * Excellent critical thinking and verbal and written communication skills - ability to distill and convey complex ideas and influence senior-level and cross-functional partners. * Ability to claim and execute on solutions for complex issues independently. * Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A desire to win together - collaborative person who wants to see themselves and others succeed and flourish. **Help For People With Disabilities** blithequark is fully committed to providing equal opportunities to all people, including those with disabilities.
