About the Role The SPS Associate role is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from our remote office and from home. As an SPS Associate, you will be responsible for addressing selling partner issues effectively, working closely with other stakeholders within Amazon, and adhering to service level agreements for phone, chat, and/or email cases. You will have a direct and immediate impact on the experience of buyers on Amazon, and your ability to provide exceptional service to our selling partners will be critical to driving their success.
