Key Responsibilities Develop and implement risk management strategies, leveraging data analysis and statistical models to inform decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risk, providing recommendations for mitigation and control Design and implement key risk indicators, contributing to the development of key control metrics and key performance indicators for various programs Apply statistical models to risk structures, including FAIR, Monte-Carlo with Energetic distributions, sensitivity analysis, and others Utilize programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL to analyze and visualize data Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis procedures Participate in risk management, governance, and collaborative conversations, providing expert advice and guidance Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement, leveraging data security risk expertise to develop loss event scenarios across operating units, specialty units, operations, and products Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, including data analysis and statistical modeling Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as a master's or Ph.D. Experience in a related field, such as data science, risk management, or cybersecurity Certifications or training in risk management, data analysis, or statistical modeling Experience with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills, including programming languages, data analysis, and statistical modeling Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivery and results Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and agile approach Career Growth and Development At Netflix, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
