About the Role We're seeking an experienced and skilled Seasonal Online Customer Service Agent to join our team on a freelance contractual basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as our company continues to grow. As a remote worker, you'll be handling email support for a leading UK retail brand, providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients. This is a seasonal role, spanning from November to January, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Key Responsibilities Managing and responding to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner Utilizing digital customer management tools to deliver online customer service Proactively escalating potential PR threats and following support briefs Initiating and sustaining relationships with clients and prospects as assigned by your Account Manager Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards Reporting into the Account Manager and providing regular updates on customer support activities Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need to possess strong writing, organization, and communication skills, with previous experience in delivering online customer support being highly advantageous. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce is also desirable.
