**Experienced Seasonal Customer Support Representative – Phone Support for arenaflex's Property Tax Reduction Services**
At arenaflex, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way property owners manage their tax bills. Our innovative software identifies overpaying property owners and uses automation to secure reductions on their tax bills. As a key member of our remote customer support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate our services, sign up for our solutions, and stay informed about their account status via phone and email support. This is a temporary, seasonal contract, ending in June, with a commitment of 20 hours per week for 90 days (as needed).

**Job Summary**
As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to customers inquiring about our property tax reduction services. You'll answer questions about our service, the sign-up process, and provide updates on current account status. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer customer inquiries via phone and email about our property tax reduction services
* Provide clear and concise information about our service, sign-up process, and account status

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills
* Phone experience in a call center environment (preferred but not required)
* Strong multitasking skills with a passion for research and learning new things each day

* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong time management and organizational skills to meet performance metrics
* Proficiency in using technology and software applications to support customer interactions

* Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
