Key Responsibilities


Lead our ServiceNow Scrum Team with a deep understanding of agile methodologies, fostering a culture of efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate all Scrum events, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, grooming, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth project execution and team alignment.
Collaborate closely with the development team to plan and execute sprints, driving project goals and objectives.
Identify and address any issues that arise during the development process, utilizing your expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, empowering them to deliver high-quality results.
Work in tandem with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery timelines and escalate any key risks or issues that may impact Scrum effectiveness.
Leverage your knowledge of the Now Platform and its applications to interpret and validate technical specifications and designs.
Oversee the overall release process to production, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with our core platform team during upgrades, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.


Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of professional experience in software management or project management, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow's products, features, and capabilities.
Expert knowledge of agile methodologies, testing, and QA best practices.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues using native capabilities and minimizing customizations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business partners and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications


Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
ITIL certification.
PMP certification.
1+ year of experience with Scrum.
