About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) Consultant to join our team. As a CAR Consultant, you will play a critical role in analyzing, building, and configuring SAP CAR and integrating it with SAP S/4 to meet our clients' business process and application requirements. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Configure and enhance SAP CAR and integrate it with SAP S/4 to meet business process and application requirements Develop functional solutions through the full SDLC blueprint, design, build, test, and deploy Create detailed business process designs and associated documentation Design and document RICEFW objects, test models, and scripts Collaborate with architects, developers, technical services teams, and clients to ensure efficient integration and delivery of solutions Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs Essential Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience with POS system integration using SAP CAR POS Data Transfer and Audit (POS DTA) 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD as it integrates with POS DTA Familiarity with integration with reporting systems (e.g., Data Lake) Strong understanding of business processes related to point of sale operations, sales audit, and general ledger accounting Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional SAP CAR functionality (e.g., Inventory Visibility and Omnichannel Article Availability) SAP functional/configuration experience; DoD or Public Sector SAP experience a plus S/4HANA Delivery experience Experience with any of these SAP modules: Finance (FI), Controlling/Cost Management (CO), Sales & Distribution (SD), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
