Junior Portfolio Analyst
PTMA Financial Solutions provides treasury and liquidity management services to the public sector and financial institutions. They are seeking a Junior Portfolio Analyst to support the Portfolio Management team in executing strategies and assisting with trading and operational tasks. Responsibilities Daily reconciliation of fund assets, securities, and cash Update and maintain fund management reports Execute cash management trades Resolve and document trade settlement issues Perform broker dealer due diligence Assist with firmwide requests for market data and intelligence Research new products Facilitate regulatory filings Other duties as assigned Skills 4-year bachelor's degree; preferably in finance, economics, or similar major 1-2 years of work experience in the financial industry Strong communication skills Initiative and decision-making skills Supreme attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines Proficiency in MS Office Advanced Excel skills Candidates currently pursuing a CFA are highly encouraged to apply Experience with Bloomberg is helpful Experience with money markets or fixed income assets is highly desired Benefits 401k Generous PTO A competitive pay structure Bonus opportunities Company Overview PTMA Financial Solutions provides treasury management, liquidity management, and other financial products and services to the public sector.
