As a Salesforce data entry specialist, you will play a vital role in helping us serve the world in philanthropy. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to research and enter data on the Salesforce.com CRM platform. Key responsibilities include: Data Entry to Salesforce: Accurately and efficiently enter data into the Salesforce platform, ensuring high-quality data integrity. Proper pulldown labeling of data within Salesforce for tracking: Organize and categorize data within Salesforce to facilitate effective tracking and analysis. Research our clients and partners' contact using our tools- Spokeo, Snov.io: Utilize our proprietary research tools to gather accurate contact information for our clients and partners. Research on our clients' and partners' bios and enter it into Salesforce: Conduct thorough research on our clients' and partners' backgrounds and enter the information into the Salesforce platform. With proven success & a positive attitude, take on special projects: Demonstrate your skills and enthusiasm by taking on additional projects and contributing to the growth and development of our organization. Qualifications We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree - or equivalent training: We welcome students with strong GPAs and a commitment to intellectual rigor. Strong data entry Salesforce experience: Proven experience in data entry and Salesforce administration is essential for this role. Meticulous attention to detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is critical in this position.
