Job Summary As a Salesforce Data Entry professional at UniversalGiving, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our CRM data. Key Responsibilities Data Entry to Salesforce: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring high-quality data for tracking and analysis. Proper Pulldown Labeling: Label data within Salesforce correctly, utilizing our established protocols for tracking and reporting. Research and Data Enrichment: Conduct research on clients and partners using our tools, such as Spokeo and Snov.io, and enter relevant information into Salesforce. Special Projects: With proven success and a positive attitude, take on additional special projects that drive our mission forward.
