Due to bandwidth constraints, our Salesforce CRM has fallen behind, and we are now seeking a highly skilled, U.S.-based Salesforce expert to help us clean, organize, and automate part of our workflow. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and make a significant impact on our operations. Job Overview This role involves three key deliverables: company and contract data entry for around 900 customers, automated alerts for expiring contracts, and exporting a list of accounts missing contact information. As a Salesforce CRM specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our customer data, as well as setting up automated notifications to enhance our contract management process. Scope of Work Details The scope of this project includes three main parts: Part 1: Company & Contract Data Entry - Enter and/or update 900 customer accounts in Salesforce from an Excel sheet, ensuring that each record includes company name, contact information, contract values, contract expiration date, account number(s), carrier/provider name, and TSD (the sales agency associated with the account). Part 2: "Contract Expiring" Notification - Set up a simple automation that sends an email notification to our team of upcoming contract expirations, with the ideal format being weekly emails with the ability to filter for contracts expiring in the next 30, 60, or 90 days. Part 3: Final Contact List Export - Generate an Excel file that identifies Salesforce company accounts that are missing point-of-contact (POC) information, including first and last name, phone number, and email address, and export this list to a spreadsheet format (CSV/Excel) including blank fields for our team to complete manually. Key Responsibilities As a Salesforce CRM specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring data is clean, de-duplicated, and consistently formatted Flagging or resolving discrepancies where appropriate Setting up automated notifications for contract expirations Generating reports and exporting data to Excel files Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless project execution Maintaining the confidentiality and security of customer data Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: Proven experience with Salesforce data entry, reporting, and cleanup Comfort with basic automation tools inside Salesforce (Flow, Process Builder, or dashboards) Strong attention to detail and process accuracy U.S.-based location Telecom or B2B contract familiarity is a bonus Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with data analysis and reporting Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and configuration Excellent communication and project management skills Familiarity with data security and confidentiality protocols Skill and Competency Requirements To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and competencies: Technical skills : Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and automation tools Attention to detail : Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of data Organizational skills : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Communication skills : Ability to collaborate with our team and communicate effectively Problem-solving skills : Ability to flag and resolve discrepancies and issues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
