As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for following up with customers and pre-qualified leads, acquiring new internet accounts, and assisting with the installation process. * Assist with the installation process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
* Manage a daily customer list and report to the office once a day

**Work Schedule**
We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. You can choose from two options:
* **5-Day Schedule**: Work Monday through Friday, with two shift options:
+ 3pm to 9pm
+ 10am to 4pm
* **6-Day Schedule**: Work Monday through Saturday, with two shift options:
+ 4pm to 9pm
+ 10am to 3pm
