Our operating hours span from Sunday to Saturday, starting at 5:45 a.m. and concluding at 12:15 a.m., offering a dynamic work environment that caters to a diverse range of guest inquiries and needs. **The Role** As a Sales & Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for addressing guest inquiries, resolving conflicts, and making decisions that reflect both integrity and resourcefulness. Your strong foundation in customer service, particularly within a contact center environment, will enable you to communicate effectively with guests through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
