Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, adhering to state, federal, and company policies. Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions accurately. Provide exceptional customer experiences by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and answering inquiries. Model and share customer service best practices with team members to ensure a unique and delightful customer experience. Develop strong relationships with key customers and contribute to the growth of our business. Perform duties assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including data entry, processing prescriptions, and managing inventory. Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing prescriptions and handling cash transactions. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Basic Qualifications Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Preferred Qualifications Six months of experience in a retail environment. Previous work experience with blithequark. Desirable math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medicines. Proficient computer skills. Knowledge of store inventory management. Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification.
