The Role
As a Sales Closer at Opority, you will:
• Handle pre-qualified appointments that have already been booked for you.
• Close deals over the phone or via video call.
• Follow proven frameworks but bring your own closing expertise to maximise conversion.
• Record calls and provide feedback for optimisation.
What We’re Looking For
Prior closing experience required, you know how to handle objections and seal deals.
• Confident, persuasive communicator over the phone or video.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
Compensation
• Commission-only, uncapped earnings.
• Earn a 20% percentage of every deal you close.
Average commission per deal: £300 to £800 per month+ depending on client size.
