Director, Head of Global Social Media

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Director, Head of Global Social Media to join HubSpot's growing Global Communications Team. Our ideal candidate is an innovative and creative leader, who is passionate about social media and has the skills and vision to drive our global social strategy.The successful candidate will have a successful track record in social media, a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies, and the ability to effectively manage and lead a global team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and make a real impact on the success of HubSpot's global social media presence.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing, or related field• 5+ years of experience in social media management and global social strategy• Proven success in developing and executing global social media campaigns• Experience in building and leading a high-performing global social media team• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to think strategically and analytically• A passion for digital media• Strong organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
