Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team as a remote, part-time, non-exempt employee. This is a seasonal role that will run from late September to mid-January, with the possibility of flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our business. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience to our guests, engaging with them, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Supports Disney Store's mission to "create Magical Moments for guests of all ages" by delivering an exceptional retail experience Connects with guests using open-ended questions to assess their needs and make suitable recommendations Contributes to a high-energy, fast-paced environment that provides guests with a fun and dynamic experience Assists guests in finding products that meet their needs while leveraging all available resources, including Disneystore.com Treats all guests and cast members with respect and contributes to a positive work environment Maintains Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visual, and operational responsibilities Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining a high level of guest service Participates in processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and other operational tasks as needed Upholds all company policies as outlined in standard operating procedures, employee policy manual, and Code of Business Conduct Promotes and maintains a safe working and shopping environment Qualifications and Requirements Basic Qualifications Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and on-call shifts (if approved) Must have at least two shifts available Monday through Friday and weekend availability that meets the needs of the store's business Able to lift boxes that weigh up to 45 lbs. and climb a ladder Must be able to provide verification of legal right to work in the United States Must be at least 18 years of age Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in luxury retail or service industry High school degree or equivalent Skills and Competencies Retail/service experience and ability to demonstrate strong guest-focused engagement on and off the sales floor Proven success working as a member of a team Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate Maintains a professional appearance and meets Disney Store grooming guidelines What We Offer As a Disney Store Sales Associate, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $25, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
