Implementation Coordinator I
CorVel Corporation is a national provider of risk management solutions, and they are seeking an Implementation Coordinator I to serve as the primary point of contact for their Enterprise Comp Solution implementations. This role involves overseeing onboarding details for new customers and ensuring effective communication and coordination across various teams to support timely and accurate account setups.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate multiple implementations while maintaining accurate details at all timesMaintain accurate project schedule using established toolsCommunicate project scope, schedule, status, and deliverables to all levels of the organizationLead weekly/bi-weekly customer onboarding meetings with field and setup teams, stakeholders, technical resources and managementFacilitate data file transfers between multiple vendors, field teams and IT groups via network drives, customer FTP sites, and other secure media devicesReview, understand and interpret claim data submitted in varying formats from prior vendorsDevelop knowledge of CorVel systems as they relate to Enterprise Comp SolutionsIdentify process improvement opportunities to automate and enhance team responsibilitiesCommunicate technical data, issues, solutions and process-related information to non-technical teamsMaintain all project implementation documentation including meeting notes, timelines, requirements, and stakeholdersServe as the central communications and documentation contact for implementationsExecute queries for data analysis, claim inventory, validation issues etcLead and coordinate schedules and activities for assigned software development projects and project teamsLead daily project team meetingsIdentify and remove impediments to software development teams' progressParticipate in requirements gathering process and create product backlog items for development team, in conformance with process guidelinesParticipate in product backlog item prioritizationMonitor the project backlog to ensure project priorities and deadlines are effectively metFacilitate communication between end users, stakeholders, product managers and software development project teamsManage, in collaboration with UAT coordinator and IT staff, the software release process for assigned projectsPrioritize work effectively to assure maximum efficiency and
